This is the third year for my 2200 pack and I have used it alot! I needed an extension for the waist belt, called Badlands and it arrive in a few days with no charge. Broke a zipper pull to an inside pouch, called Badlands and a new one was sent right away for no charge. Probably my best piece of outdoor gear.
