Since we opened our doors in 2002, we have tried our best to provide not only the best customer service, but also the fastest shipping and unbeatable prices. As hunters, we understand the need for top-notch equipment and many of the products that we offer have been/are being used by us in the field.

First and foremost, we are committed to providing you with the best service imaginable. If you have absolutely any question or concern, call or e-mail me anytime and I will personally go out of my way to see that you get an answer to your request.

Match Pricing/Best Pricing:
I will match any price offered by an authorized dealer. No questions asked.

Shipping:
I will ship as fast as humanly possible. Most in stock items will ship within 24 hours. Being that we are centrally located in the U.S, I can get your gear to you faster, period. I ship UPS and USPS priority. I can upgrade shipping on any order if you call me and let me know when you need the package. Canada, Hawaii and Alaska have additional shipping charges.

Call me:
Give me a call anytime. I am going to be in one of two places, either in the office or in the field. If I do not answer, leave a message and I/my staff will contact you back as soon as we have an answer or a solution.

Backorders:
Items that are on backorder will be shipped the same day that they arrive at my warehouse. I understand the time constraint that we hunters are under to get gear before our hunt. Therfore, I will do everything in my power to get the shipment to you as fast as UPS/USPS allows me.

Service:
At Story Creek, we want to be recognized as a top service provider in the hunting industry. We want nothing more than for you to be 100% satisfied. If you have a complaint, I will personally go out of my way to fix it. We will treat you with respect, no matter what the issue.

Returning Manufacturers Defect Products:
Feel free to call us if you have a product that is defective. We will get you in contact with the manufacturer to ensure the absolute quickest turn-around time. We inspect all products before they go out the door to keep this issue to a minimum.

Returns:
If for some reason you need to return a non-defective item, call us for a return authorization code. We will promptly refund the order (minus shipping costs) and assist you with any other questions that you may have. Items that are opened or have been used in the field are subject to a 15% restocking fee, so be sure that the item is in "new" condition. Items that were received as a "free gift" must also be returned with the shipment.

*Ozonics units that have warranty issues are to be sent back to Ozonics Headquarters in Austin, MN. Story Creek will not accept opened/used Ozonics back for refund.

Exchanges:
We understand that sizing is an issue when ordering clothing over the internet. Likewise, selecting the correct camo pattern my be difficult when ordering a pack. We will get the exchange processed promptly and with the least amount of hassle to you, the customer. We do however require you to pick up the return shipping costs for the exchanged item. We have very good rates and will not charge you a dime over what it costs us to ship the item. We are not looking to make any additional income off of the exchange, we just need to cover our costs. We can give you a calculated cost when you call for your return authorization code.
