Returns and Exchanges
Every item you purchase at Story Creek Inc. (SCI) is 100% guaranteed to meet your high standards. Whether you made your purchase online or in our store you may return or exchange it up to two weeks (14 days) after purchase for a refund minus shipping costs. Items must be in new condition with tags attached.
To make a return or exchange by mail:
1. Contact our Customer Service department toll free (866) 840-7820 and request a return/exchange authorization number. Please have the following information available when you call:
- Name
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Reason for the return
- Purchase Price of the item(s)
2. Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice or a letter with the following information:
- Name
- Order Number
- Address
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Indicate the RA/EX number on the outside of the box as well as on a copy of the receipt.
3. Insure the package for your protection and return to:

4. You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise (see #1 above).
ALASKA & HAWAII SHIPPING SURCHARGE:
All orders being shipped to either of these destinations will be shipped USPS and charged 15% of the total purchase cost to cover shipping charges.
